Change the Game - Win a signed NBL team jersey of your choice

1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is the Pancare Foundation Pty Ltd (ABN 89797016686) of 70 Yarra Street, Heidelberg VIC 3084.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. The Promotion commences at 12.00am on Friday 15 January 2021 (15/01/2021) and concludes at 11.59pm on Friday 22 January 2021 (22/01/2021) Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEST) (the Promotional Period).
6. To be automatically entered into the draw, the individual must either:a. Purchase an official NBL jersey via the NBL online store (www.nblstore.com.au) during the Promotional Period, or;b. Make a minimum $10 donation to the Change the Game campaign via the campaign landing page (donate.changethegame.org.au) in support of Pancare Foundation during the Promotional Period.
7. Individuals will have one (1) entry per transaction by either of the above methods automatically entered into the prize draw.
8. One winner of the draw will win the following prize valued at $99.95: an NBL jersey signed by the NBL team of the winner’s choice. The winner may choose a signed jersey of their choice from one of the following NBL teams:
   • Adelaide 36ers
   • Brisbane Bullets
   • Cairns Taipans
   • Illawarra Hawks
   • Melbourne United
   • New Zealand Breakers
   • Perth Wildcats
   • South East Melbourne Phoenix
   • Sydney Kings
9. The draw will take place at 12pm on 27/01/2021. The first randomly drawn valid entry will win the Promotion. The winning entry chosen by the Pancare Foundation will be final. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. The winner will be notified in writing via email and by telephone within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
11. In the event that the prize is not claimed following the draw, a subsequent draw will take place 48 hours after non-acceptance at the office of the Promoter. The winner of any subsequent draw (if it occurs) will be contacted via email and telephone and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
12. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in their discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
13. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
14. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize / participation in the prize.
